The STEP Scholarship for the Aerospace Industry comprises of the following programme:
1) The Aircraft Engineering - STEP Scholarship Programme is jointly delivered by Air Transport Training College (ATTC) and Kingston University.
The STEP Scholarship is supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). The scholarships aim to groom employees earmarked for leadership positions in Aviation related industries.
Applicant companies may nominate such employees for the Aircraft Engineering – STEP Scholarship programme by enrolling in the following degree programme:
Aircraft Engineering - STEP Scholarship Programme
Bachelor of Science (Honours) Aircraft Engineering - Top Up
This two-year part-time degree programme aims to enable students who already have an intermediate level academic qualification in aircraft engineering to obtain an honours degree in that area of study and to provide students with the skills and knowledge appropriate to make a successful career in the aircraft maintenance industry.
Eligible employees will receive up to 80% course funding from the Government.

Nominees are required to enrol with ATTC or Kingston University for the course of study.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend an interview with the Scholarship Evaluation Panel. The decision of the Scholarship Evaluation Panel is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
