For example, SSG organises capability development forums with specific themes, such as assessment management and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), to provide opportunities for organisations to share best practices.

This guide is published for practicing Continuing Education and Training (CET) personnel who are responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of WSQ training and assessment programmes. It provides essential information and policies on the interpretation and usage of WSQ competency standards to design WSQ training and assessment programmes.

Training and Development for WSQ Adult Educators
The WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment is another key initiative by SSG to build the capability and competencies of WSQ adult educators in competency-based training and assessment. Over the next few years, more qualifications will be offered under the Training WSQ framework to cater to the needs of different groups of adult educators.

Capability Development Workshop on Develop Competency-Based Assessment Plans 2012
These notes were handed out during the workshop held on 22 October 2012. The principal objective of this workshop is to improve the quality of the assessment plan design by the ATOs. It is important to ensure that the curriculum developers are aware of the key components that aid the design of assessment plans in meeting and maintaining quality requirements.

Capability Development Forum 2013
The forum was organised by the then Singapore Workforce Development Agency was held on 23 October 2013, with international and local speakers sharing on topics within the theme of 'WSQ and Beyond – Professionalising Adult Educators, New Trend of Learning, Application of Learning'. The key objective of this forum is to enable WSQ approved training organisations and adult educators to gain insights on the evolving trends in learning and the Continuing Education and Training (CET) Landscape.
