The Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) initiative is developed by SkillsFuture Singapore to raise the quality of SSG-funded Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes. There are two main features: the training quality and outcomes ratings and the community feedback.
The TRAQOM Quality and Outcomes ratings will be published on MySkillsFuture Portal. The ratings will help our training providers improve their course offerings, and potential learners make more informed decisions on their learning choices. There are two types of post-course evaluation surveys which trainees will receive upon completion of training.
Quality Survey
a) Administered on the last day of the course, to capture trainees’ feedback in areas such as the quality of (i) the training delivery and resources, (ii) the learning attainment, and (iii) quality of customer service provided by the training provider. b) Trainees will receive an email invitation with the hyperlink to access the Quality survey. Below are the screenshots of the Quality survey email invitation and survey questionnaires.
a) Administered at least six (6) months after the course end date, to capture trainees’ feedback on how the course had helped in their employment and/or personal development such as (i) ability to apply the learning at work, (ii) better work performance, and (iii) improved job opportunities. b) Trainees will receive an email invitation with the hyperlink to access the Outcomes survey. Below are the screenshots of the Outcomes survey email invitation and survey questionnaires.
The community feedback feature is available on each course page on the Training Exchange. Individuals can indicate their like/dislike for a course as well as post their comments on the course.
Individuals can view the quality and outcomes ratings given by other learners on the course page and training provider’s page. This allows a comparison of ratings across courses to help individuals make an informed decision when selecting a course or training provider. Through the community feedback feature, individuals can also view what others have to say about the course.
The survey will be rolled out progressively to all SSG-funded courses on Training Exchange by mid-2019.
