Training Quality And Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM)
Empowering learners and uplifting training standards through feedback and impact measurement
On this page
What is Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM)?
TRAQOM developed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) aims to enhance the quality of SSG-funded Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes.
TRAQOM captures feedback from learners through two surveys. These surveys assess course quality and how well the training supports career growth for courses funded by SSG and those eligible for SkillsFuture Credit.
Why TRAQOM matters?
TRAQOM can help:
Learners make more informed training choices by referencing the TRAQOM ratings for courses listed on the MySkillsFuture portal;
Training Providers improve course offerings by referencing their TRAQOM survey data; and
Government agencies like MOE and SSG to review and inform policies and regulations (e.g., SSG’s funding policies).
How is the TRAQOM administered?
The two TRAQOM surveys are administered by Qualtrics, an SSG-appointed vendor:
Course Quality Survey: Measures learners’ perception of the training quality and should be administered by the Training Provider via QR code, usually on the last day of the course or via email or SMS, a day after the last day of the course.
Jobs/Careers Impact Survey: Measures learners’ perception of how the course has impacted their work and careers. This survey is administered three months after the course ends.

Scan the course quality survey QR code
If you are a learner, scan this QR code to complete the Quality Survey.

As part of the login verification, you would be required to key in:
Last four NRIC/FIN characters; and
Course Run ID (either six- or seven-digit)
Access the Course Quality Survey here.
Learners have up to four tries to key in the required login verification information and complete the survey.
Receiving survey invites via email and SMS
If the Quality Surveys is not attempted or completed via QR Code on the last day of course, learners will receive an email or SMS (if email is not available) invitation with the link to access the survey.
The Jobs/Careers Impact Survey is administered solely via email or SMS (if email is not available).

Email phishing and SMS scams alerts
The TRAQOM Survey invite links are shortened with a "go.gov.sg” domain (i.e., https://go.gov.sg/ssgsurvey). This is to assure learners that the survey links are legitimate and safe. Do note that TRAQOM Surveys are administered via Qualtrics. Hence, upon clicking the .gov.sg link, learners will be redirected to Qualtrics (i.e., a site with a “.qualtrics.com” domain).
Please note that, as part of the TRAQOM Survey administration, SSG will never ask for: (i) personal identification (e.g., NRIC), and (ii) financial and payment information (e.g., bank account information, credit card / debit card details and SMS OTPs).
If you were wrongly administered any of the TRAQOM Surveys, you may alert us via the SSG feedback portal: https://service-portal.skillsfuture.gov.sg/s/feedback/.
If you suspect that you are a victim of fraud or receive emails and SMSes from unknown sources, you may report it via the ScamShield mobile app, an initiative by the Singapore Police Force and the National Crime Prevention Council. The features of ScamShield include the following:
Block scam calls – ScamShield compares an incoming call against a list maintained by the Singapore Police Force to determine if the number has been used for illegal purposes and blocks it.
Detect scam SMSes – When you receive an SMS from an unknown contact, ScamShield will determine if the SMS is a scam using an on-device algorithm, and filter the messages to a junk SMS folder. Scam SMSes will be sent to NCPC and SPF for collation to keep app updated and help protect others from such scam calls and messages.
Report scam messages – You can also report scam messages from other chat apps such as WhatsApp, Wechat, IMO, Viber, etc. You can forward the messages via ScamShield's in-app reporting function.
