If you have received an email, SMS and/or letter inviting you to participate in the annual Private Education Institution Graduate Employment Survey (PEI GES) 2024/2025, the following information will be relevant to your participation.

Media Research Consultants Pte Ltd (MRC) is the appointed vendor administering this survey.

Please be assured that all personal data captured in the online survey will remain confidential and the survey responses will not be personally identifiable.

Terms and Conditions for PEI GES 2024/25 Lucky Draw

  1. The Private Education Institutions (PEI) Graduate Employment Survey (GES) 2024/2025 is open to PEI Graduates who are invited by SkillsFuture Singapore to participate in the survey.

  2. No fee is required to participate in the survey.

  3. Upon completing the survey, each participant will automatically qualify for a lucky draw jointly organised by Media Research Consultants Pte Ltd and SkillsFuture Singapore (the “Organisers”), and will have a chance to win one of the following lucky draw prizes:

Early Bird Draw

Prize: Microsoft Surface Laptop, 13.8-inch

Main Lucky Draw

1st prize: Microsoft Surface Laptop, 13.8-inch

2nd prize: Samsung Galaxy S25

3rd prize: Samsung Galaxy S25

4th prize: Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, Wi-Fi, Tablet

5th prize: Nintendo Switch 2 Game Console 

  1. The survey period is from 23rd  Oct 2025 to 30th Jan 2026. Each eligible participant is only allowed to submit one completed survey.

  2. Mechanics for winner selection:

  • All PEI graduates invited by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) who complete the online survey between 23rd Oct 2025 and 30th Jan 2026 will automatically qualify for the lucky draw. Each eligible survey respondent can only enter once.

  • Respondents who complete the survey on or before 23rd Nov 2025 will qualify for an Early Bird Draw.

    • Early Bird respondents will enjoy 2 chances to win a prize

    • Early Bird Draw: Only Early Bird respondents will be included, giving them an exclusive chance to win a prize.

    • Main Lucky Draw: Early Bird respondents will also be included in the main lucky draw with all other eligible participants, giving them another chance to win a prize

    • However, each Early Bird respondent may win only 1 prize in total across both draws

  • After the survey closes, the pool of eligible survey respondents will be compiled. Winners will be selected by random computerised draw to be conducted in July 2026.

  • Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. Winners must claim their prize in person. Any unclaimed prizes after 7 days will be forfeited and the Organisers shall have the right to deal with such prizes in their sole and absolute discretion.

  1. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any submission that is deemed incomplete.

  1. Prizes are strictly not exchangeable for cash or in kind or extendable in validity.

  2. The Organisers reserve the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value.

  3. By participating in the survey and the lucky draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other mechanics, rules, terms or conditions as specified by the Organisers from time to time (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

  4. The Organisers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injury, death or any other claims arising from participation in the survey, the lucky draw and/or any prize. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions apply to this survey and lucky draw nor in respect of the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.

  5. The Organisers may amend the Terms and Conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Any decision relating to this survey and lucky draw by the Organisers is final.

  6. Employees of the Organisers are not eligible for the survey and lucky draw.

  7. The Terms and Conditions, the survey and the lucky draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be referred to the courts of Singapore.
